I saw some people talking about Full Frontal's hair in the comments. The hair may seem "Random" but it might be influenced from YAS's 17th century Yumemonogatari manga. It predates Unicorn by a little bit.

Another extra scene in the storyboard that seems to have been cut. It happens right after Char climbs down the stairs of the podium after his speech (52:09.) He also takes off his cape (which he doesn't do in the final version.)
