Some wonder how I do my lineless painting style art, and I promised to make tutorial but when I think again it's basically just this, really. I apply more advanced color theory, components and value, but the method itself is this and a lot of practice.

anyway this is an old tutorial I made for my friend who can't draw at all and wanna get started in digi art so it's very basic, but I think the big picture of my method is covered.
