Chapter 48 has the first gut punch, their teacher (Momo) see Mitsuki spying on Aharen and assume a love triangle is going on, leading her to take an Emotional Gut Punch by Mitsuki, this scene is also present in the anime

this scene of Mitsuki saying she does "boxing and stuff" cracks me up so i'm throwing it into the mix

the first scene (above) happens in chapter 25, Aharen has rough skin so her classmate think it must be because she does boxing, her classmate Mitsuki Ooshiro does actual practice boxing for real

gotta admit, the fighting scenes are more intense than you would have expected from a manga like this

this manga is a bit of a mystery to me as i have never seen the full thing, but i do know she has a fight with her love rival
