【Sea Urchin/ウニ】

【Milt/白子】
A dish made by boiling the testes of fish. Pollock is common in Japan.
Eaten with ponzu or soy sauce. Characterised by its soft and creamy taste. Glossy appearance and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Popular as an accompaniment to sake.
【Natto/納豆】
Japanese fermented food made from fermented soya beans. Has a distinctive consistency and odour.
It is also a health food containing numerous nutrients. Rich in vitamin K and protein, useful for intestinal health, tooth decay and gum disease.
