Three major Japanese delicacies and luxury foodstuffs. The gonads (testes and ovaries) are removed and eaten raw. Used in sushi and pasta. Characterised by the aroma of the sea that spreads in the mouth and a sweet creaminess.
【Natto/納豆】
Japanese fermented food made from fermented soya beans. Has a distinctive consistency and odour.
It is also a health food containing numerous nutrients. Rich in vitamin K and protein, useful for intestinal health, tooth decay and gum disease.
