If kurokura are forced to collaborate in the Dark Continent ➡️ Kurapika depletes his lifespan from overusing Emperor Time. Kuroro manages to steal the Nitro Rice from Hellbell which will extend Kurapika's lifespan, thereby saving him 🙂👍

This sheds some light on the HxH timeline. In chapter 146, we see that Greed Island arc takes place in 1999. If Kuroro is 26 years old in 1999, he should be born around 1972 or 1973. So him being 11 years old when the internet is created in 1983 makes sense.

One small detail I have consistently included in my kurokura fics about Meteor City is that flowers exist there. I'm happy to see Kuroro carrying flowers in canon ☺️
