#10【Billy】The supposed Negator of Unbelievable. Billy's first name comes from "Believe"...or so we are led to believe...? Also connotations with gunslingers (Billy the Kid) but I sure do regret not calling him "Belie"... (※I am lying.)

#8【Chikara Shigeno】The Negator of Unmove. His name is one of the more interesting ones. While "chikara" means "force" (force has connotations with movement,) Chikara's full name in JP order is "Shigeno Chikara" and you take out the "no," you get the radicals for "dou" (motion.)

#6 【Juiz】The Negator of Unjustice. Her name relates to the word "Justice," but "Juiz" also means "judge" in Portuguese. I went with that spelling because that had the strongest connotations to "justice" among any other choices. (Except perhaps "Juice," lol.)

#4【Void Volks】The heavyweight boxing champion and user of Unavoidable. "Void" is from "Unavoidable," but "Volks" is rendered ボルクス(borukusu) which is a character away from ボックス(bokkusu/box) referencing his boxing background.

#3【Shen Xiang】The martial arts master and user of Untruth. The name "shen" was always assumed to be from 真 (true) but his full name seems to be derived from 真相 (zhēnxiàng) or "truth." ("Seems" bc with romanization from Japanese of Chinese, your results may vary.)

#2【Andy】The deuteragonist of Undead Unluck. Fuuko gives him his name in ch 1. His name is derived from Andeddo (Undead.) Fuuko's dialogue from ch 1, pg 54, panel 1 was conveniently around to provide context in EN since I figured "Andy" was a better fit in English than "Undy."

Undead Unluck Ch 174: Totally forgot about this part. What Latla is doing here is very similar to the custom for eating 恵方巻 (ehomaki/lucky direction roll.) Lucky directions are dictated by 歳徳神 (Goddess of Lucky Directions) Toshitokujin's position. (1/2)

Do Retry Ch 17: Aozora says it's a ド級のリトライ (do-kyu no retry/do-class retry.) When giving certain nouns emphasis, they're prefixed with a ど [See: ど真ん中 (smack dab in middle,) ドS/M (big sadist/masochist.)]

Which came in handy, bc Fuuko says it won't interrupt her friend's 青春 (seishun/youth.) Colour takes the 青 (ao) from there and says it'll make his "youth" run red. In order to invoke similar romanticized/optimistic vibes, I opted for "blue skies of youth." 2/2
